Replay a webhook delivery
Re-sends the same stored event (same body and event.id, fresh t and signatures) to an active endpoint, regardless of its current subscription. The delivery goes back to PENDING and its new attempts are added with trigger: replay. A delivery can be replayed while it is in the delivery log, which is 30 days after its event; events of erased entities cannot be replayed.

Your API key in Authorization: Bearer <key>. Use vk_test_… keys against the sandbox and vk_live_… keys against production.
Headers
Optional key (1-255 printable ASCII characters, no spaces; a UUID is ideal) that makes this POST safe to retry: the same key with the same request replays the stored response for 24 hours. See Idempotency.
